At Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel, we take the safety of our guest and staff very seriously and we are doing our utmost to protect everyone.

 

With Covid in mind we have made following changes:

• It is now our guest’s personal choice whether to use a face mask when using the public areas.

• Hand sanitiser is available in the lobby for all guests use.

• To try and reduce any risk of covid-19, we no longer refresh rooms as standard, please see below;  

1. If you need any tea/coffee/milk or any other supplies, these are available from reception.

2. If you require your towels changing please leave the soiled towel outside your room door by midday.

3. Should you require your full room refreshed please let our reception team know by 10am and we will be more than happy to refresh your room.

• Express check in and out is available so please use this service to minimise contact with the staff and reduce waiting time at the reception

• Contactless payment has been increased to £45 

• The bar will be open for residence until midnight.

• Breakfast available from 07:00 to 10:00am daily.

• It is recommended to book at reception your required table time.

• All non-essential items have been removed from our bedrooms.

• Limited 24 hrs Room Service Menu available.
