Taher Tayeb
CEO & Founder
​
As the CEO & Founder, Taher started the group in 2014 is responsible for all the projects within the group. Taher entered the hotel industry in 1992 after completing a bachelor’s in engineering from the University of Westminster. Taher also sits on the board of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) which is a non-profit organisation fostering global entrepreneurship.
Samina Tayeb
Partner & Interior Designer

Samina joined the business in 2014 as a partner and consultant and looks after the interior design of all our commercial and residential properties.
Kayum Ansary
Group Operations Director
​
Kayum joined Estee Group in 2015 and looks after all of the operational processes within the group. Kayum entered the hotel industry in 1995 gaining experience with major global franchises including Accor, IHG and BWI. Kayum has a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management.
Aamir Tayeb
Business Development Manager
​
Aamir is responsible for acquiring new projects and growing the business, Aamir joined the business in 2018 after working as an Investment Analyst for the Royal Bank of Canada and previously graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
Vijitha Mahen
Group accountant & Company Secretary

Vijitha joined Estee Group in 2015 and manages the day to day administration of the group.
